About the Role:
As a Technical Support Representative you will assist customers with technical inquiries troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide topnotch customer service. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment and develop your technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone email and chat in Portuguese.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for customers.
- Guide customers through stepbystep solutions and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in technical support IT helpdesk or customer service is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware software and networking.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Valid EU work permit or Greek residency (for nonEU citizens).
