We are looking for an experienced and talented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our All Heart Homecare Agency team with experience in the US market.
Objectives:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to market.
Create and manage marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing customers.
Identify target audience and their needs conduct competitor and market analysis.
Developing and managing the budget for marketing activities.
Organizing the work of the marketing team including recruiting and managing its performance.
Collaborating with other departments to improve the product and maximize its value to customers.
Analyzing the results of marketing activities and developing recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Experience in a CMO or similar role preferably in a technical environment.
Strong skills in marketing strategy development creative thinking and analytics.
Strong knowledge of English and Russian both written and verbal.
Experience working with B2B and B2C products.
Deep understanding of modern marketing trends and tools.
