Job Description
Position: Chief Operating Officer (with the possibility of growth up to CEO)

Location: Sarasota Florida
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for company operations including project management supervision and coordination of construction works meeting deadlines and budgets
Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency
Developing and implementing strategies aimed at the development and growth of the company
Managing a team of specialists including recruitment training and motivation of personnel
Developing and controlling project budgets
Setting and maintaining high quality and safety standards
Interacting with clients contractors and suppliers to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in an operational or management role in the construction industry
Understanding of all aspects of operations in the construction and renovation industry
Experience in project and team management
High organizational and analytical ability
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and ability to make effective decisions under tight deadlines
