Were looking to expand our Data Team with a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst. In this role youll turn data into actionable insights drive datadriven decisionmaking and support global growth by empowering teams with valuable analytics
Your Role:
- Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends insights and opportunities that drive business decisions
- Developing and maintaining BI dashboards tailored to various business needs
- Translating complex data into clear actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization
- Presenting datadriven insights to key decisionmakers
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to support strategic business initiatives
Your Skillset:
- 3 years of experience in business analysis data analytics or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction
- Handson experience with BI tools (e.g. Looker Power BI Tableau) for reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills coupled with excellent business understanding and an ability to translate data into business insights
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Experience in startup and scaleup environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple multicultural teams
- Selfmotivated and proactive capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
