What You Will Be Doing

• Delivering Engaging and Dynamic Lessons: You will plan and teach creative challenging and engaging lessons in a variety of subjects ensuring every childs needs are met and they are motivated to achieve their best.
• Creating an Inclusive Learning Environment: Foster a positive supportive classroom atmosphere where each child feels valued confident and motivated to learn.
• Tracking and Supporting Progress: Monitor student progress provide regular feedback and adapt teaching methods to ensure that every child reaches their potential.
• Collaborating with a Dedicated Team: Work alongside a supportive team of teachers sharing best practices resources and ideas to maintain high teaching standards and create a cohesive learning environment.
• Building Relationships with Parents and Carers: Regularly communicate with parents providing updates on student progress and working in partnership to support the childrens development.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Has a Passion for Teaching: You are enthusiastic motivated and have a genuine passion for helping children grow both academically and personally.
• Has Experience in Year 4: Previous experience teaching Year 4 or a strong understanding of the primary curriculum for this age group is essential.
• Is Collaborative and Positive: A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and brings a positive cando attitude to the classroom.
• Has Excellent Communication Skills: Able to build strong relationships with students parents and colleagues fostering a community of support and respect.
