Job Description

A welcoming and forwardthinking primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated SENCO to join their team in April 2025. This school is committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment where all students can thrive and your role will be crucial in ensuring this success.

Location: Barnet North London
Start Date: April 2025
Contract Type: Fulltime Permanent

Your Role:

  • Lead and manage SEN provision across the school
  • Work closely with staff to ensure highquality support for children with SEN
  • Develop and implement tailored learning strategies for students with additional needs
  • Support the schools mission to provide an inclusive and nurturing environment for all learners

What We Need:

  • QTS & NASENCo qualification or experience as a SENCo/Assistant SENCo
  • A passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff parents and external agencies
