Job Description
- Project/Client: software development
- Location: Vilnius or Kaunas (Remote Option Available)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 2 years
- Language: Lithuanian & English
Role Overview:
We are looking for a MidSenior Business Analyst to join an international project while working normal Lithuanian hours. The role involves replacing an existing BA with full onboarding and support from the team. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and developers and supporting the team with requirement clarifications.
MustHave Requirements:
- Proven experience in business analysis for software or information systems development.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Experience in accounting software or financial systems is a strong advantage.
- Business analysis certification is a plus.
