- Conceptualization and Vision: Develop and articulate creative concepts that align with brand vision and client objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers illustrators and other creatives providing guidance and feedback to maintain consistency and quality across projects.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters marketers product managers and other stakeholders to ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and project goals.
- Visual Direction: Oversee all visual aspects of a project from initial concept through to final delivery ensuring a cohesive look and feel across mediums such as print digital and social media.
- Creative Storytelling: Good to have ability to craft engaging narratives through video editing incorporating compelling pacing transitions and effects that align with the project’s vision and target audience.
- Technical Expertise: Good to have proficiency in industrystandard editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) with a strong understanding of color grading audio synchronisation and file formats.
- Brand Identity Development: Define and enforce brand guidelines ensuring all creative assets adhere to established visual standards.
- Resource and Budget Management: Coordinate resources manage budgets and track project timelines to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
- Creative ProblemSolving: Address and resolve any design challenges that may arise during the project always aiming for innovative solutions that enhance the end product.
- Lead and manage multiple portfolios and get into BD as and when required
- Motivate and lead managers to perform their best and help manage accounts
- Budgeting workflow management Design QC and process setting experience is a must
- Design automation/UI expertise would be an added advantage
- Developing insightful visually compelling and engaging dashboards and presentations leveraging existing data sets
- Handson experience in creating CXO friendly presentations whitepapers communications social media content dashboards etc.
- Skilled at data exploration; able to quickly transform and synthesize data from multiple sources and identify optimal data structures to support endstate reporting needs
- Collaborate with other teams within RSE and Business Units in GBS to meet reporting requirements (e.g. dashboards communications)
- Ability to convey messages in a crisp and simple manner supported with strong visual aids
