We are seeking a Head of AI Transformation to lead our organizations AIdriven evolution. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive AI strategy identifying AI opportunities across departments and ensuring seamless integration of AI tools into business processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with expertise in AI technologies corporate business transformation and change management.
AI Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and implement an AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and shape AI transformation initiatives drive a culture of AIpowered decisionmaking and promote the strategic value of AI at the executive and stakeholder levels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency productivity and innovation using AI.
- Drive research on AI trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge for our corporate business.
- Assess business processes to identify areas where AI can provide value.
- Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing workflows.
Collaboration & Support for Departments
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments (Finance Legal HR Operations Technology etc. to tailor AI solutions to their needs.
- Identify and drive AIrelated training programs across the organization.
- Foster a culture of AI adoption and innovation throughout the organization.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track AI implementation effectiveness and continuously optimize solutions.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AIdriven improvements.
- Address challenges and refine AI strategies based on datadriven insights.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure AI tools comply with data privacy security and ethical guidelines.
- Mitigate risks associated with AI adoption including bias and transparency concerns.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in leading the AI strategy development and digital transformation in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies and their application within corporate business.
- Ability to translate business needs into AIdriven solutions.
- Experience working crossfunctionally with various departments.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations AI ethics and risk management.
