Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand business objectives and develop solutions
- Analyze data to provide insights for decisionmaking
- Identify areas for improvement in processes and systems
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a business analysis role
- Experience in IT projects or software development is a plus
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
