Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Build and mentor a highperformance management team develop actionable business strategies and inspire a culture that prioritizes health safety and continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight: Manage all facets of the care home including Resident Care Nursing HR and Nutritional Services while responsibly overseeing the operating budget to maximize efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with the Medical Director and management team to ensure adherence to industry standards proactively addressing compliance issues to minimize risk.
Qualifications / Compensation:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing
- A minimum of 10 years of senior level leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in a unionized environment.
- Enjoy a competitive salary between $125000$135000 along with a comprehensive benefits package.
