Job Description
Full responsibility for 2 international clients
Complete management accounts monthly
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information on various databases
Weekly accuracy and completeness checks on reports
Liaise with commercial teams relating international entities
Do weekly checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of Power BI
Capturing payments form customers
Full responsibility and ownership of customers in the European market
Responsible for various Accounts Payable accounts
Ensure expenses have all necessary information
Completing supplier recons
Grower invoices and reconciliations
Full responsibility and ownership of certain producers
Preparing month end accrual journals
Reconciliations of 2 systems
Various interest calculations and adjustments
Preparing elimination amounts for monthly consolidation accounts
VAT returns
Provisional tax and annual tax return calculations
Requirements
Grade 12
B Accounting
Completed SAICA Articles
Minimum 2 years post articles experience
Advanced MS Excel skills
Valid drivers license and own transport
