Job Description
Syspro Implementation & Support: Lead endtoend implementation of Syspro ERP including system configuration data migration user training and postgolive support.
Documentation & Training: Develop user manuals conduct training sessions and maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and processes.
Install configure and maintain hardware software and networks.
Provide technical support and resolve ITrelated issues for employees.
Monitor system performance and ensure the security of IT infrastructure.
Manage cloud and onpremises servers backups and disaster recovery solutions.
Assist in the implementation of IT policies standards and best practices.
Research and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers for ITrelated procurement and support.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices.
Train and support staff on IT systems and applications.
Requirements
Grade 12
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT engineering role
Experience in manufacturing finance or supply chain industries using Syspro.
Syspro certifications or advanced training.
Experience implementing Syspro as an ERP system and providing training and support to users
Strong knowledge of hardware software networking and operating systems
Strong knowledge of networking servers and cybersecurity principles
Industry certifications (CCNA MCSE CompTIA etc. will be advantageous.
Valid drivers license and own transport
