Job Description
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Design configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to align with client needs.
- Develop and customize D365 applications ensuring seamless functionality across modules.
- Leverage Azure and Power Platform for integrations and automation.
- Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Analyze and optimize business processes in Sales Marketing Customer Service Finance and Operations.
- Conduct functional and technical workshops to gather and document client requirements.
- Map business needs to D365 capabilities providing expert guidance on best practices.
- Integration Customization & Testing
- Oversee data migration system integrations and solution customization.
- Conduct unit and system testing ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Perform quality assurance and troubleshooting for system enhancements.
- Client Support Training & Project Management
- Provide user training and postimplementation support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Work alongside project managers to define scope timelines and deliverables.
- Act as a trusted technical and functional advisor guiding stakeholders through implementation.
Requirements
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional or Technical Consultant Certification preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform and Azure.
- Experience in customization integration and automation within D365.
- Solid understanding of business processes across multiple industries.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for client engagement.
- Handson experience with solution testing troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional or Technical Consultant Certification preferred. Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. Experience in customization, integration, and automation within D365. Solid understanding of business processes across multiple industries. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for client engagement. Hands-on experience with solution testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
