iSkala B2B Lead Accelerator is dedicated to helping businesses achieve growth through targeted lead generation. We re looking for a detailoriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team manage key administrative tasks and ensure smooth sales operations.
As a Sales Coordinator you ll provide essential support to our Sales team focusing on:
Administrative Support: Manage meeting scheduling coordinate team calendars and prepare documents for client and internal meetings.
List Building: Assist the fulfillment team in creating prospect lists using tools like Apollo Storeleads Clay and other resources.
Reporting and Data Management: Maintain accurate sales data generate reports and track metrics to provide insights that support sales strategies.
You ll play an active role in optimizing our sales operations:
CRM Management: Keep our CRM uptodate logging activities and supporting team members in efficient CRM usage.
Sales Materials Organization: Coordinate and maintain a repository of templates case studies and other materials for easy access by the Sales team.
Ideal candidates for this role have:
Experience in a Sales Environment: Prior experience in an organized work environment preferably in a support role within sales.
Attention to Repetitive Tasks: Comfort handling repetitive tasks with precision and consistency.
Educational Background: A bachelor s degree in business marketing or a related field is beneficial but not required.
To excel as a Sales Coordinator you ll need:
Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage schedules prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry reporting and document preparation.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication to collaborate with the Sales team and support client interactions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace) and CRM systems.
Your success in this role will be measured by:
Lead FollowUp Efficiency: Timely and accurate followup on leads supporting pipeline progression.
Data Accuracy: Maintaining high levels of accuracy in CRM entries and sales reports.
Scheduling and Coordination: Effectiveness in organizing and scheduling meetings reducing time spent on these tasks.
