Denobase Limited is a 12 Year old business in the Hospitality Retail and eCommerce Space. We are growing and plan to hire a Governance Risk and Compliance Associate who will perform the following tasks
1. Ensures Denobase complies with all Government Monthly and Annual requirements including VAT PAYE NSSF SHA Tourism Fund Single Business Permit and related Permits Corporate Tax and Annual Filing
2. Performs the role of Credit Control ensuring Accounts Receivable is at a minimum on an ongoing basis
3. Performs Stock Taking and Audit ensuring that Inventory Controls are at their optimum
4. Performs Filing ensuring contracts agreements are all digitally stored and well as physical copies filed in their respective files
5. Manages Employee Information Contracts and Salary Statements
6. Produces periodic Business Analytics reports as and when required by management
7. Ensures all our digital channels like Booking Meta AirBnb our Website Instagram Page are up to date and relevant
8. Prospects for and Closes Business to Business Deals identified in our CRM
Requirements
1. Microsoft International Computer Driving License: Proficiency in MsWord MsExcel
2. Android Proficiency: Google Play Store Bluetooth Pairing Google Accounts and App Settings Management
3. Social Media Proficiency: Meta (Facebook Whatsapp Instagram) TikTok X (Twitter)
4. eCommerce Experience: Shopify WordPress Zoho Commerce
5. Sales Experience: B2B Sales Use of Zoho CRM an added advantage
6. Hospitality Management Experience an added advantage
7. Accounting Experience: Accounts Receivable Credit Control
