Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Remote Vacation Booking Specialist your main responsibility will be to book flights hotels and activities for clients looking to travel. You ll provide a smooth booking experience ensuring that all details are accurate and within budget. You ll also be responsible for answering client inquiries and providing them with the necessary support before during and after their trip.
Key Responsibilities:
Book flights hotels and activities for clients.
Confirm travel details and ensure bookings are accurate.
Address customer inquiries and concerns.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of available travel deals and offers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings.
Previous experience in travel booking or customer service.
Detailoriented and able to handle complex itineraries.
