Pay:$17/hour
Hours:Monday Friday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicatedShop Helperto join our team inSapulpa OK. This role involves assisting craftsmen in afabrication environment working withoverhead cranes forklifts power tools and automated equipment. The ideal candidate will be reliable safetyconscious and eager to develop new skills in a handson work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled craftsmen in their assigned tasks.
Work in a safetysensitive environment around overhead cranes forklifts trucks and hazardous equipment.
Maintain productivity levels in line with company standards.
Ensure workmanship meets quality control requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols policies and procedures at all times.
Uphold 5S workplace organization and cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete project assignments efficiently and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
Basic fabrication shop experience.
Ability to operate overhead cranes and power tools.
Ability to read and write basic shop communications.
Proficiency in using a shop tape measure.
Willingness and ability to learn to read shop drawings and interpret bills of materials.
Strong teamwork skills and a desire to learn new skills.
