Job Description
- Begr ung und Betreuung der Patienten in der Zahnarztpraxis
- Terminvergabe und Koordination von Behandlungszeiten
- Verwaltung von Patientendaten und akten
- Bearbeitung von Telefonanfragen und EMailKorrespondenz
- Abrechnung und Unterst tzung bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung eines freundlichen und professionellen Empfangsbereichs
- Welcoming and assisting patients in the dental practice
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating treatment times
- Managing patient data and records
- Handling phone inquiries and email correspondence
- Billing and supporting administrative tasks
- Ensuring a friendly and professional reception area
Voraussetzungen
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufm nnischen oder medizinischen Bereich idealerweise als Zahnmedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r oder mit Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich
- Freundlichkeit Kommunikationsst rke und ein gepflegtes Auftreten sind f r dich selbstverst ndlich
- Du arbeitest zuverl ssig organisiert und beh ltst auch in stressigen Situationen den berblick
- Du verf gst ber Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2Niveau
- You have completed training in a commercial or medical field ideally as a dental assistant or with experience in reception
- Friendliness strong communication skills and a wellgroomed appearance are natural to you
- You work reliably in an organized manner and stay calm even in stressful situations
- You have German language skills at least at B2 level
