Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (TypeScript Javascript and Python) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly build ship and test new applications on top of our AI platform to compete with and 10x existing SaaS tools.
- Get your hands dirty deep in the AI systems as well as writing traditional application code.
- Bake AI into every part of your role to make it better trying to automate it away so you can do 100 jobs at once.
- Be a thought leader in the enterprise AI space.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers.
- Guide the early technical architecture decisions that will resonate throughout the global economy for years to come.
- Establish the engineering culture live the mission and set a standard.
- Help the product team craft the team vision strategy and roadmap while proposing innovative solutions as well as understanding technical limitations.
- Drive key business metrics.
- Have an inordinate amount of fun.
Requirements
- Bachelor s and/or master s degree (Computer Science preferred).
- 8 years of professional experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. Python C C Java JavaScript Go).
- Experience and desire to own new products from zero to one from system design to implementation to deployment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in React Next.js and TypeScript (nice to have).
- Experience with LLM Operations and prompt engineering (nice to have).
- Excitement ambition and fun.
