Job Description

Cluster Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Koh Samui Thailand and base at Bangkok Office
Brand Portfolio: Anantara Bophut Anantara Rasananda Anantara Lawana NH Collection Samui Avani Chaweng

Job Summary

The Cluster Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple luxury and lifestyle properties in Koh Samui. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness increasing direct bookings optimizing online presence and driving revenue through digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing social media SEO and ecommerce with experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies across all properties to maximize online visibility engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure each brand maintains a distinct digital identity while aligning with Minor Hotels overall branding and positioning.

2. Website & SEO Management

  • Optimize property websites for SEO (search engine optimization) mobile usability and conversion to increase direct bookings.
  • Manage website content updates and promotional campaigns to enhance guest experience and engagement.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics Google Search Console and other analytical tools.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee content creation including photography videography and blog content ensuring highquality storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and usergenerated content strategies to enhance organic reach.

4. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Plan and manage Google Ads Meta Ads and other PPC (payperclick) campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize digital ad campaigns using A/B testing audience segmentation and remarketing strategies.
  • Work with digital agencies and partners to execute highimpact performance marketing campaigns.

5. OTA & ECommerce Optimization

  • Manage online travel agency (OTA) presence including Booking Agoda Expedia and others ensuring visibility and optimized pricing strategies.
  • Implement strategies to drive direct bookings and reduce reliance on OTAs.
  • Analyze OTA performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. Email Marketing & CRM

  • Develop personalized email marketing campaigns for guest engagement retention and promotions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer segmentation and tailored communication strategies.

7. Data Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic conversion rates social media engagement and ROI on paid campaigns.
  • Provide datadriven insights and monthly reports to key stakeholders and leadership teams.

8. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with General Managers Sales & Revenue Teams PR and F&B teams to align digital strategies with business objectives.
  • Partner with creative and digital agencies for content production and campaign .

9. Budget & ROI Management

  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget across all properties.
  • Track campaign performance and adjust spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).

10. Emerging Trends & Innovation

  • Stay ahead of digital trends AIdriven marketing influencer strategies and new social media platforms.
  • Identify and implement new marketing technologies to enhance digital engagement and efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in the luxury hospitality or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO PPC social media advertising content marketing and ecommerce strategies.
  • Experience managing multiple properties (cluster experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Business Suite CRM and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication creative thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead digital initiatives across multiple brands.
