- Greet and assist clients visitors and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry filing and recordkeeping.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and order management.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
