Job Description
- Processing telephone and written customer enquiries from Germany and abroad
- Preparation of service and maintenance quotations and processing of tenders
- Organising coordinating and providing technical support for service calls at home and abroad
- Processing complaints and claims in accordance with our quality processes
- Assessing damage and preparing damage reports and deriving corrective measures
- Serviceorientated communication with customers in the event of technical problems (by telephone or in writing)
- Close support for key customers and acquisition of new customers
- Cooperation with the internal and external sales force in compliance with internal processes
- Competition and market observation
Qualifications :
- Completed technical training ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman in mechatronics maintenance or a comparable qualification
- Desirable commercial understanding
- Structured independent way of working as well as strong organisational talent and assertiveness
- High level of comprehension commitment and dedication
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
