Our Managed Services Team is fastpaced nimble and stands for excellence. You will play a vital role in this team providing technical leadership and guidance to key clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership
- Serve as the primary expert for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Citrix Netscaler Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio support.
- Provide Level 3 support and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Serve as the primary expert for Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) Citrix Netscaler Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Nerdio support.
Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor in EUC solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation
- Design implement and optimize EUC solutions including CVAD Citrix Cloud Services and AVD with Nerdio.

Health Checks and Documentation
- Conduct proactive health checks and present findings to clients and partners.
- Create detailed documentation (scopes of work design documents test plans change records).

- Stay updated on the latest Citrix AVD and Azure technologies.

ITILv4 Alignment
- Ensure all processes and solutions align with ITILv4 best practices for incident change and problem management.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC) specializing in:
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
- Citrix Netscaler
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Nerdio for Azure
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD)
- Expertlevel skills in:
- CVAD: Citrix Virtual Apps Citrix Cloud Services WEM FAS Citrix ADC
- Citrix Netscaler: Load balancing VPN Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB) ADC nFactor authentication
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD): Performance optimization integration with Azure services
- Nerdio: Deployment management and optimization
- CVAD: Citrix Virtual Apps Citrix Cloud Services WEM FAS Citrix ADC
- Additional skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop & server operating systems
- Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft & Citrix solutions
- Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms including Entra ID & Modern Authentication
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently & collaboratively
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework & best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Windows desktop & server operating systems
- Nice to Have:
- Expertise in Azure security services Defender for Cloud Defender for Identity
- Experience with Microsoft Intune PowerBi Hashicorp Packer Terraform PowerShell
- Certifications such as CCEV CCPN Azure Solutions Architect Expert AVD Specialty
- Expertise in Azure security services Defender for Cloud Defender for Identity
