Position : Project Manager / Coordinator
Working Schedule : 8a5p CST
Salary Range :$1600$2400 (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and intelligent Project Coordinator & Manager based in South Africa to join our clients team fulltime. This role is crucial in managing and coordinating projects in solar solar Roof installations and standard roofing ensuring efficiency quality and seamless .

Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling & Logistics: Plan and coordinate project timelines ensuring
seamless and ontime completion.
- Permitting Coordination: Manage permit applications approvals and compliance to
keep projects on schedule.
- Worker Scheduling & Team Coordination: Organize and schedule installation crews
ensuring efficient labor allocation.
- Procurement & Purchase Ordering: Manage materials and equipment procurement
ensuring timely deliveries and cost control.
- Customer Service & Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients
addressing inquiries updates and concerns professionally.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project challenges
coordinating with teams to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineers installers
subcontractors and internal teams to align on project goals and .
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience (ideally 4 years) preferably in
solar roofing electrical or construction industries.
- Strong ability to schedule plan and oversee projects with efficiency and precision.
- Experience managing permitting procurement and logistics in a construction
environment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate
diverse teams and ensure alignment.
- Highly intelligent analytical and solutionoriented able to navigate complex project
requirements.
- Comfortable working in a remote highenergy environment with evolving priorities.
