What you will do:
- Work closely with the Product team to analyze and improve product mechanics and user experience.
- Conduct deepdive research to identify product inefficiencies pain points and opportunities for improvement uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
- Investigate how users interact with features detect bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Define key product metrics analyze their fluctuations and identify underlying drivers.
- Design execute and interpret A/B tests and experiments to refine product features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers Engineers Designers and QA to support datadriven decisionmaking.
What we expect from you
- Advanced SQL (window functions subqueries) and Python (pandas numpy sklearn)
- Ability to write productionready code (docker git airflow)
- Strong foundation in probability theory and mathematical statistics
- Knowledge and experience of statistical methods
- Productoriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail ownership and proactive mindset
- Excellent Englishspeaking skills to communicate effectively within the team
- Mastery of balancing between selfmanagement and dynamic teamwork
- ML experience will be an advantage
