Job Description

Key Stage 2 Teacher FullTime
Location: Welham Green Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025 or sooner

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity in a supportive and forwardthinking school We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our committed team on a fulltime basis from September 2025 or sooner.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated teacher who is eager to make a difference in childrens lives. As a Key Stage 2 Teacher you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and highquality lessons inspiring pupils to achieve their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering creative engaging and wellstructured lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
  • Setting high expectations for pupil progress and achievement while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress providing effective feedback to support learning and development.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues support staff and school leaders to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school including extracurricular activities school events and pastoral responsibilities.
  • Establishing strong relationships with parents carers and the wider community to support pupils learning and wellbeing.

Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.

Support the schools ethos and values contributing positively to the wider school community.
