Job Description
- Issue tax invoice per product daily.
- Doublecheck and confirm monthly report per monthly settlement customers.
- Coordinate with operations for any AR issue till outstanding AR is well settled.
- Update AR status and attend weekly AR meeting per companys requirement.
- Refund for wrong payment or overpayment according to customers request and GEOs approval.
- To take up additional responsibilities as required to meet the Companys needs.
Qualifications :
- College degree major in finance or accounting.
- 12 years financial or accounting working experience experience in freight forwarding logistics or related industry an advantage.
- Good command of English and PC skills (MS office Accounting Software).
- Good communication skill.
- Team player selfmotivated and with confidence.
- Willing to take challenges and smart working approach.
