Job Description
RESPONSABILITIES:
S&OP (sales & operations planning)
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning (DRP)
- Executive meetings
Logistics
- 3PL provider: Warehouse & Distribution (outsourced): performance contractual review and continuity plan
- Contracting Interco carriers
- Inventory management
Procurement
- Fleet Management
- Support for procurement strategy policy standards
Other
- Performance management (Supply Chain and Procurement KPIs Interco SLA Product portfolio distribution optimization sustainability inventory)
- Project management (Supply Chain and Procurement)
- Master data management
- Team management and skills improvement
- Ariba platform: introducing new suppliers sending registration invitations monitoring & updating documents
- Service suppliers (contracts & monitoring)
- Reports
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
- Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
- Proficiency in using forecasting tools and analysing numbers
- Strong proficiency in use of Excel
- Advanced knowledge of English
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and project management skills
- Proactivity and continuous improvement
- Attention to detail
- Creative problemsolving
- A strategic and analytical mind
