Job Description
Primary Function of Position:
The Sr Analyst Marketing Finance & Analytics supports financial planning and examination for our Marketing team. This role is key in examining marketing activities to recommend financial strategies. Responsibilities include building relationships with managers and offering datadriven advice. Core tasks include budgeting forecasting and monthend close.
This is a highly datadriven role that supports marketing costs. It interacts with multiple executive business partners. You will also have a significant impact on Intuitives marketing strategy and growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute budget forecast and month end close activities for marketing fixed costs
- Generate indepth actionable analyses to drive measurable impact such as optimizing marketing program ROI and prioritizing resource allocation
- Examine complex business problems using data from internal and external sources
- Coordinate the development and of marketing performance dashboards that enable our marketing managers to manage their business more effectively
- Identify and implement streamlining of recurring processes workflows and resources such as marketing program tracking and vendor contracting
- Participate in cross functional teams bringing data to diagnose and improve operational issues
- Support internal goal setting and tracking
Qualifications :
Skill/Job Requirements:
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and critical thinking ability
- High level of inquisitiveness selfmotivation and accountability
- Ability to work autonomously in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Possess exceptional critical skills and sound business acumen. Able to derive insights from large datasets. Proficient with dashboard creation and data visualization tools preferably Tableau.
- Skilled collaborator with lateral leadership exceptional communication and presentation skills. Adept at clearly explaining complex concepts to leadership and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency writing SQL queries preferred
- Highly organized with ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
- Bachelors degree in finance accounting data analytics or related field (Masters degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience involving examination modeling and reporting
- This position requires onsite work 3x week in our Peachtree Corners GA office
