Job Description
Vention is looking for a Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic Operations team. In this role you will be responsible for assembling highquality subassemblies and productized applications while ensuring the accuracy of operational data. What Youll Do
- Assemble a variety of components from simple to complex including palletizers conveyors robot cells machine tending applications and safety enclosures based on engineering instructions.
- Build and integrate automation components to complete custom automation designs.
- Conduct quality control checks before shipping to ensure all products meet Ventions high standards.
- Prepare automation designs for shipment according to our shipping standards.
- Pick and pack orders in accordance with Ventions quality standards.
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Autonomously plan your workload based on production priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing integration and warehouse processes.
- Update internal systems with assembly details to ensure accurate tracking.
Qualifications :
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a fastpaced work environment.
- Technical diploma in mechanical engineering robotics or relevant handson experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with using tools.
- Experience with data entry or relevant administrative tasks.
- Proactive problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail to uphold customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Strong teamwork communication and interpersonal skills.
