Job Description

Are you an experienced and adaptable educator looking for a flexible teaching opportunity Our vibrant school in Kent is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join our team starting in April 2025. Your Responsibilities

As our new PPA Teacher you will:

  • Provide highquality cover for teachers during their PPA (Planning Preparation and Assessment) time across various year groups.
  • Deliver engaging lessons that align with the schools curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure continuity and progression in learning.
  • Assess and monitor student progress providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Build strong relationships with students staff and parents to create a cohesive school community.

What Were Looking For

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
  • Experience in teaching across multiple year groups preferably in primary education.
  • A passion for promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
