Your Responsibilities
As our new PPA Teacher you will:
- Provide highquality cover for teachers during their PPA (Planning Preparation and Assessment) time across various year groups.
- Deliver engaging lessons that align with the schools curriculum and meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and motivated to learn.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure continuity and progression in learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Build strong relationships with students staff and parents to create a cohesive school community.
What Were Looking For
- A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
- Experience in teaching across multiple year groups preferably in primary education.
- A passion for promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
