Your Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the KS2 curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Assess and track student progress using data to inform teaching and interventions.
Foster a love of learning through interactive and creative teaching methods.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the KS2 curriculum.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers keeping them informed of progress.
Take part in school meetings professional development and extracurricular activities.
What Were Looking For
QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
Experience teaching in KS2 with a strong understanding of the curriculum.
A passion for engaging and inspiring young learners.
Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to ongoing professional development.
