Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Manager Process Governance to drive compliance data quality and operational efficiency around our TimeTracking Tool (Saviom) within our global operations. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to governance frameworks enforcing compliance and optimizing data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process governance stakeholder engagement and change management with a PMP certification as a mandatory requirement. 

Governance & Compliance: 

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: 

  • Act as a bridge between EIT (Enterprise IT) and operations gathering feedback recommending process enhancements and ensuring smooth implementation. 

  • Drive alignment with key stakeholders through structured communication and process documentation. 

  • Organize and lead governance forums to facilitate crossfunctional collaboration. 

Training & Education: 

  • Conduct regular training sessions to educate users on the Saviom tool ensuring compliance and minimizing user errors. 

  • Develop training materials best practices and knowledgesharing initiatives to enhance tool adoption. 

  • Communicate compliance updates effectively including drafting Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) and governance reports. 

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Identify and address process inefficiencies driving standardization and automation where applicable. 

  • Implement governance best practices leveraging technology to improve compliance workflows. 

  • Monitor and improve reporting frameworks for tracking compliance data quality and tool utilization. 


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in process governance compliance or data management within a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks risk management and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Experience in process optimization continuous improvement and compliance monitoring.
  • Proficiency in governancerelated tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR operations workforce analytics or similar governancerelated roles.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday SAP SuccessFactors) and data privacy regulations.
  • Certification in governance risk and compliance (e.g. DAMA CDMP Lean Six Sigma).


Additional Information :

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • PMP certification is required.

  • 5 years of experience in process governance compliance or project management within a global organization. 

  • Expertise in timetracking tools like Saviom including report functionality and security roles. 

  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks compliance standards and risk management. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence and drive change. 

  • Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) and governance documentation. 

  • Experience in process optimization continuous improvement and compliance monitoring. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with HR systems (Workday SAP SuccessFactors) and data privacy regulations. 

  • Certification in governance risk and compliance (DAMA CDMP Lean Six Sigma)  

  • Experience in managing governance for largescale operations or workforce analytics.
