Job Description
- Employ an inquirybased approach to teaching and learning that promotes inquiry agency and the development of criticalthinking skills
- Differentiate classroom instruction to meet students individual learning needs and styles
- Integrate International and Chinese approaches to learning to deliver a personalized curriculum
- Provide learning experiences that build on students prior knowledge understanding and skills
- Attend and actively contribute to collaborative planning meetings
- Work collaboratively with teachers coordinators specialists and other support staff to develop and document teaching and learning experiences.
- Help to document minutes and actions of collaborative planning meetings and work together with team to complete tasks within the subject area and grade level groups
- Demonstrate open communication based on understanding and respect
- Participate in parent/student interviews and conferences
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in Education (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching in a Secondary School learning environment
- Certification in relevant teaching area
- Passionate and Energetic in teaching
Additional Information :
Salary and benefits
- Monthly Salary of 25000 RMB to 30000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
- Housing allowance of 7000 RMB
- Relocation allowance
- Transportation allowance & city allowance 4000 RMB
