Program Manager

LOCATION

Local to Chicago IL (Hybrid 2x Week)

DURATION

12 Months

MUST HAVES:

Responsibilities:

Lead Steering Committee meetings
Executive level presentation creation and delivery
Overseeing RAID log for entire program
Oversee program to transform Contact Center Solutions
Leadership skills in a project oriented environment
Superior communication presentation and organization skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to work cross organizationally to deliver World Class services to Enterprise clients
Excellent analytical skills
