Job Description
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Education: Bachelors / Masters degree in business administration or engineering. AGILE
Certifications will be an advantage.
Location: Pune Pashan
Skills:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication
2. Good Listening Skills
3. Being detailoriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
4. Conduct meetings with Stakeholders
5. Understanding the Objectives & implicit requirements
6. Prepare presentations demo videos mind maps & reports
7. Able to Drive scrums & contribute in Project Management tasks
Desired Profile:
- Willing to work within a high performing team and challenge yourself to improve further
- Experienced in Agile projects & well versed with JIRA
- Thorough understanding & experience with Sprint planning & SCRUM practices
- Sense of ownership and Getitdone personality.
- Has been a part of at least 1 Production lifecycle throughout the career
- Agile certified
- Very well versed in oral and written communication preparing product documentationdemo videos presentations.
- Comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders viz Clients Management Development/ QA teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
- Communicate translate and simplify business requirements to ensure buyin from all stakeholders.
- Assess changeproposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals.
- Gather & prepare business requirements. Write functional & nonfunctional user stories acceptance criteria & review test cases.
- Plan & Document requirements and their dependencies (JIRA expert)
- Requirement & Gap analysis
- Product backlog grooming & prioritization
- Conduct daily scrums.
- Prepare product presentations & demo videos.
- Provide testing assistance to client in UAT.
- Provide presales support to sales team in demonstrating products to prospects.
