Job Description

  • Assist in developing and executing the company s sales strategy for low and extralow voltage products ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and secure new clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and develop various sales channels including projects showroom sales and maintenance contracts.
  • Hire coach and train the sales team to enhance performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Oversee showroom sales ensuring excellent customer engagement proper stock management and sales optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their main point of contact.
  • Prepare and present proposals quotations and proforma invoices tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct technical and commercial meetings with clients to address inquiries and finalize sales.
  • Support pricing strategies for clients during tenders and negotiations.
  • Track customer interactions sales opportunities and project progress using CRM software.
  • Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on social media content related to sales and product promotions.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 10 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in low current (power supplies panels general lighting UPS and extralow current systems (security systems CCTV automation data networks solar systems .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and oversee the full sales cycle.
  • Handson experience with CRM and sales management tools.
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
