Requirements

Minimum 7 10 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Experience in low current (power supplies panels general lighting UPS and extralow current systems (security systems CCTV automation data networks solar systems .
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Resultsdriven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and oversee the full sales cycle.
Handson experience with CRM and sales management tools.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
