Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Vapi Valsad Silvassa Daman Surat & around Ahmedabad Baroda
Experience: 36 years of (Sales experience in the construction building materials or related industry.
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving sales growth building strong relationships with clients and expanding market presence within an assigned geographic territory. The role involves identifying business opportunities managing sales teams and ensuring revenue targets are met within the construction industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and build strong relationships with key clients contractors architects and developers.
- Manage and oversee the performance of the sales officer/ Area mappers within the assigned area.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain longterm client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with clients while ensuring company profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Train and mentor sales representatives for enhanced performance.
Requirement & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
