Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Vapi Valsad Silvassa Daman Surat Ahmedabad/Baroda
Reports To: Sales Head
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales function for a broader region or key accounts within the construction industry. This role involves strategic planning highlevel client management and driving business growth through effective leadership and innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with highvalue clients developers and key decisionmakers.
- Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Oversee sales performance metrics forecasts and strategic reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product development and operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in business Marketing Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Government Tender Experience for similar Industry is a bonus.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the construction industry.
