Responsibilities
Create detailed travel itineraries based on clients preferences.
Book transportation accommodations and other travel services.
Provide clients with relevant travel information including destination details travel advisories and itinerary changes.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client requirements.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any travelrelated issues promptly.
Collaborate with travel agencies airlines and hotels to obtain the best rates and services.
Maintain accurate records of bookings payments and client communications.
Stay updated on industry trends travel destinations and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Travel Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a travelrelated role.
Strong customer service skills and a passion for travel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
