Web Application Tester
We are currently seeking a skilled Web Application Tester to assess the functionality performance and security of our web applications. The role involves executing both manual and automated testing with a specific focus on load testing. Responsibilities:
- Perform functional regression performance (including load) and security testing on web applications.
- Develop and execute detailed test cases plans and scripts.
- Identify defects vulnerabilities and usability issues.
- Conduct load and stress testing to evaluate application performance under high traffic.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to understand requirements and user stories.
- Document defects and track issues using bug tracking tools.
- Provide clear and timely test reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging web technologies and testing tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in web application testing including load testing.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
