Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Conduct regular client meetings to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations.
Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Create and maintain projectrelated documentation including requirements meeting minutes and change requests.
Document and track issues resolutions and product updates.
Requirements:
2 years of working experience preferably in a SaaS or Software Development environment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science IT or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and documentation.
Experience with support tools
