Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Customer Service Representative will manage customer interactions oversee order processing and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role involves working with internal departments handling technical documentation and leading customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills along with experience in ERP and PDM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customerrelated inquiries.
  • Process and manage customer transactions in ERP (Sage) and maintain technical documentation in PDM systems.
  • Generate and distribute detailed reports and customerrelated information to internal teams.
  • Ensure all customerfacing materials and documentation comply with company standards.
  • Lead and train customer service team members.
  • Oversee customer engagement programs product launches and service satisfaction initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal R&D teams on field trial products and provide feedback.
  • Address urgent customer issues and coordinate resolution efforts across departments.
  • Evaluate and improve customer service operations.
  • Write performance reviews and assist in resolving internal issues.
  • Ensure a seamless order experience and proactively follow up with customers.
  • Adapt to changes in business operations and assist with interdepartmental coordination.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (Sage) and PDM document management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Excellent time management problemsolving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with managers vendors and contractors.
  • Experience in hiring training and mentoring customer service staff.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

  • Strong ability to manage service satisfaction and proactive customer interactions.
