**Job Title:** HebrewSpeaking Customer Support Specialist (Onsite in Portugal with Relocation Support)
**Location:** Lisbon/Porto Portugal (Relocation Assistance Provided)
**Job Type:** FullTime Onsite

As part of our expansion in Portugal we are looking for a dedicated **HebrewSpeaking Customer Support Specialist** to join our team in Lisbon or Porto. We offer **relocation assistance** and support with obtaining a **Job Seeker Visa** for qualified candidates not currently residing in Portugal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Provide toptier customer support to Hebrewspeaking clients via email chat and phone.
Address and resolve customer inquiries complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
Document customer interactions and feedback to help refine our processes and offerings.
**Requirements:**
Fluent in **Hebrew** (both written and spoken) and proficient in **English**.
Previous experience in customer support client service or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Comfortable using CRM tools and support software.
Willingness to relocate to Portugal (relocation assistance provided).
