Lead Full-stack Developer

We are currently looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join the team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and delivery of new features across both frontend and backend ensuring that solutions are scalable secure and efficient.
• Collaborate closely with other developers product owners business analysts architects and DevOps to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Participate actively in Scrum events and propose improvements to the processes.
• Ensure code quality by conducting thorough code reviews mentoring junior and midlevel developers.
• Proactively identify and resolve systemwide issues improving the overall health and performance of the application.
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending and implementing innovative solutions when appropriate.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Lead and mentor a development team ensuring that team members are motivated supported and focused on delivering highquality work.
• Promote a healthy collaborative and productive team environment with a focus on team stability and a low attrition rate (aiming for no more than 20 annual turnover).
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning retrospectives daily standups) and ensure smooth delivery processes. Take on Scrum Master duties.
• Set clear goals and expectations for the team and maintain a steady predictable team velocity ensuring timely and consistent delivery of features.

Technical Leadership:

• Own the technical design of business features present and validate with LDC Architects to ensure alignment with longterm architectural goals.
• Lead by example in the handson development of both backend and frontend maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices.
• Proactively recommend architectural improvements identifying opportunities to enhance performance scalability and security.
• Drive Clean Code practices and ensure that code quality metrics (e.g. test coverage code complexity) are monitored and improved using tools like Sonar Cloud.

Stakeholder engagement:

• Work closely with product owners architects and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to ensure consistency and alignment across teams.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

• Expertlevel proficiency in C# .NET ASP Core Web API with extensive experience designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Entity Framework including complex database design and performance optimization.
• Experience in Angular TypeScript JavaScript and the ability to build frontend applications.
• Proven experience writing unit tests for frontend and backend.
• Indepth experience with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server or similar) including query optimization and advanced data modeling.
• Extensive knowledge of microservices architecture eventdriven systems and design patterns such as saga.
• Experience with Docker.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience working with Azure Services or certifications.
• Strong knowledge of UML or similar modeling methodologies for system architecture and design.
• English B2 level or above capable of technical and business communication.
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science software engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading a development team including mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative supportive environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders architects and team members.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in distributed systems message brokers and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Experience with commodity trading systems or complex business domains is a plus.
• Familiarity with security best practices.
• Experience combining Team Lead and Scrum Master responsibilities managing both technical and process aspects of development.
• Experience creating technical design of business features and cooperating with architects.
