Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospect and convert leads into customers through direct sales strategies.
- Conduct sales presentations explain product benefits and address customer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or markets.
- Keep up with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications :
- Minimum qualification: BSC/HND in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in direct sales field sales or customerfacing roles.
- Strong persuasion negotiation and communication skills.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
