ServiceNow Developer Analyst - REF2503104T

We are seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications to streamline our organizations IT service management processes and enhance overall efficiency.

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications modules and workflows to meet business requirements
• Analyze and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations to improve performance and user experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services and REST APIs
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications
• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and processes
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
• Stay uptodate with the latest ServiceNow releases and features recommending improvements and upgrades as needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL
• Indepth knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
• Experience with web services REST APIs and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer are highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with business process automation and workflow design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $66000 $140000 per year plus bonus. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
