In this role you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth recruitment process for toplevel management roles and contributing to the implementation of changes related to the recruitment process itself. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Coordinate and manage executive search and recruitment projects for top management roles ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations
- Analyze and assess existing recruitment processes to identify inefficiencies and implement datadriven improvements
- Evaluate and enhance the performance of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to optimize recruiter efficiency
- Research recommend and lead the implementation of innovative tools systems and technologies to improve talent acquisition processes across the organization
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to customize and seamlessly integrate ATS solutions into current workflows.
Qualifications :
- A degree in your chosen field of interest
- Proven experience in different HR areas
- Strong stakeholder management skills exceptional communication abilities and a proactive sense of ownership
- A techsavvy mindset with enthusiasm for recruitment IT tools process optimization and datadriven decisionmaking
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian
Advantageous if you:
- Experience with executivelevel recruitment including sourcing selection and candidate assessment
- Experience in implementing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/or other HR systems.
