2 Responsible for supporting postsales customer activity remotely and onsite.
3 Responsible for carrying out detailed Site Survey & maintain proper documentation
4 Perform installation and implementation and network integration at customers site
5 Promptly investigate resolve & report any incidents errors events or deviations.
6 Ensure installation maintenance and troubleshooting is carried out within agreed OLA.
7 Responsible for resolving concerns on signal strength signal to noise ratio and similar parameters in
accordance to Spectranet approved standard.
8 Share insight & appropriate action against bandwidth consumption virus infection and security threats.
9 Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
10 Prepare daily activity reports
11 Inform management of recurring problems
